I am a PA licensed mortgage Loan Officer with years of experience at West Penn Financial. I entered the mortgage business to aide customers navigate through the mortgage process. This can be a mystery for many consumers, filled with grey areas, broken promises and mortgage jargon. My father died in the end of October leaving my brother and I a house to sell. I saw Donna Tidwell’s face on a billboard headed into town and said why not. I’m sure glad I did. Upon meeting Donna she quickly assessed some small improvements that needed made and had all the numbers on paper at our first meeting as to what to expect in proceeds from the sale. I asked how long does it normally take to sell a house these days especially in this market when interest rates are so high. She said (with confidence ) 30-60 days. In my head I didn’t believe that.
